The Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting will play a key role in supporting SEC reporting, financial disclosures, and complex technical accounting matters. Partnering closely with senior finance leadership, this role contributes to public filings, technical accounting analyses, and cross-functional financial reporting initiatives to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality external reporting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and prepare related financial statement disclosures and supporting schedules in Workiva Perform tie-outs of financial statements, footnotes, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of filings Maintain SEC and GAAP disclosure checklists and coordinate supporting documentation for quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors Support the preparation of earnings releases, ensuring financial and operational metrics reconcile to supporting schedules and comply with SEC and non-GAAP disclosure requirements Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda related to new transactions, accounting developments, and complex accounting matters Support technical accounting analyses in areas including share-based compensation, fair value measurements, business combinations, and other strategic transactions Assist with quarterly and annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment assessments and research accounting guidance to support accounting conclusions Prepare and maintain key financial reporting schedules and related documentation, including statement of cash flows, EPS calculations, equity rollforwards, and share-based compensation analyses Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Investor Relations, and Legal teams to support SEC filings, external communications, and technical accounting guidance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 4+ years of experience, preferably with a public/private accounting background Experience with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements preferred Experience with Workiva or similar reporting tools preferred Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
