Position Overview: The Senior Marketing Data Analysis Manager will lead a dedicated team tasked with assessing marketing use cases and thoroughly evaluating the current data sources and methodologies. This senior-level position requires a data expert who will cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring that optimal data assets are utilized for major marketing initiatives while articulating the business value derived from these efforts. Core Responsibilities: Use Case Leadership: Drive the assessment of primary marketing use cases by collaborating with stakeholders to document insights, expected outcomes, and overall impact. Data Strategy Review: Supervise comprehensive evaluations of existing data strategies, identifying and validating key data sources essential for each use case. Metrics Assessment: Establish baseline performance metrics for both current and proposed use cases, while analyzing definitions and methodologies for accuracy. Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews and build strong rapport with business, marketing, and technical teams to clarify objectives and gather requirements. Data Quality and Governance: Promote high standards of data quality and governance principles across all analysis activities. Analytical Insights: Analyze consumer behavior, media performance, and brand strengths to uncover trends and offer actionable business recommendations. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data analytics within marketing, consumer, and digital spaces. Strong background in data integration, validation, and metric benchmarking. Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledgeable in data governance principles. 4+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
