Compensation: $30-35/hour, based on experience Start Date: ASAP Requirements Maintain a smoke-free environment Reliable transportation and excellent driving experience General vaccinations, including Covid About Our Family We are a close-knit, busy family of four who are always on the go. Our two daughters love to read, try new foods and are full of curiosity. While we enjoy spending time together, our daily schedules can sometimes feel like a whirlwind. We're constantly balancing work with the responsibilities of running a household. We're looking for someone who can step in and support us by creating order out of the busy day-to-day, helping us stay organized and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. This role isn't only about keeping the house clean-it's about creating an environment that is both functional and welcoming. We value warmth, communication, and a collaborative spirit, and we're hoping to find someone who can fit seamlessly into our family's rhythm. We take pride in a home that feels both comfortable and well-maintained, and we're looking for someone who can help us elevate that balance. If you thrive in an active household, have a knack for problem-solving, organizing, and enjoy contributing to a family's well-being, we think you'll find this role rewarding. Who You Are / What We're Looking For You're someone who gets it-organized, flexible, and upbeat, able to roll with the flow and jump into whatever needs doing. We're looking for someone who can bring positivity, calm, and structure to a fast-paced home. You're someone who's proactive, anticipates needs, and doesn't need to be told what to do. You take pride in keeping things organized and are always looking for ways to improve systems in the household. Whether you're managing after-school pickups, organizing kids' clothes, prepping meals, or tackling household chores, you do it with a sense of ease and a friendly attitude. You're detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once while keeping everything running smoothly. Your sunny disposition helps create a positive and energetic atmosphere, and you know how to keep things light even on busy days. You are a true team player who can work independently when needed but also collaborate effectively with the family to ensure everything is in sync. We appreciate someone who is flexible, able to adjust to changing schedules, and who enjoys stepping in wherever needed-whether it's a last-minute errand or helping with homework. Most importantly, you're someone who can create a sense of balance and calm in our home, allowing us all to thrive. If you're someone who loves both the routine and the occasional surprise, and if you're excited to be part of a family's daily life, we can't wait to hear from you.
