Compilation, scripting and journalizing of general ledger and sub-ledger entries2. Maintenance of automated general ledger entries3. Coordination with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on proper codification of transactions4. Reconciliation of bank accounts5. Analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to include intercompany reconciliations6. Analysis of the trial balances and verification of sub-ledgers7. Analysis of revenue and expense variances8. Compilation of monthly financial reports9. Assist with cash flow forecasts and annual budgets10. Preparation of annual Tax/Audit files11. Assist with annual financial audits12. Performs other duties as required.
