Regional Program Manager

Job Description: Act as the primary call point for spoke hospitals aligned with PPD hubs and regional single sites Execute regional account strategies, focusing on patient escalation and movement within the health system Develop regional pathways for patients with CAD and/or Heart Failure for advanced therapy evaluation Align spoke heart team and transport protocols, ensuring alignment with hub protocols and internal standards Maintain clear communication channels to provide visibility into hub protocols and regional activities Develop and execute regional and single-site account plans to support program growth and sustainability Collaborate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders on goals and program activities Educate healthcare providers on disease state awareness in outpatient and inpatient settings Requirements: BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred 3+ years of sales experience within Abiomed or 5+ years of related industry experience in healthcare, hospital operations, or clinical program management Proven success in prior experience supporting or managing cardiac or vascular programs Proven success in implementing protocols, workflows, or account plans within a hospital or health system Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and hospital stakeholders, including clinical staff and administrators Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient flow, and health system dynamics Demonstrated ability to project manage effectively and drive initiatives to completion Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills Mastery of cardiac anatomy and clinical data Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, documentation, and presentations Benefits: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Short-term disability Long-term disability Business accident insurance Group legal insurance 401(k) retirement plan Pension plan 120 hours of vacation 40 hours of sick time 13 days of holiday pay, including floating holidays Up to 40 hours of personal and family time 480 hours of parental leave 30 days of condolence leave 10 days of caregiver leave 4 days of volunteer leave 80 hours of military spouse time-off
