Project Architect – Facility Planner

Job Description: Develop room adjacencies, blocking diagrams, and building layouts based on operational and process requirements Plan facilities that integrate manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, office, and employee support spaces such as locker rooms and break areas Support projects ranging from greenfield facilities to complex renovations within operational buildings Prepare planning diagrams, programming documents, and early design narratives Travel occasionally for project meetings and site visits (typically up to once per month) Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or similar 7-12+ years of professional architectural experience Strong understanding of facility planning and architectural coordination Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and other design tools Licensed architect or working toward licensure preferred Benefits: Health insurance Retirement plans
