Job Description: Demonstrate GM core values and lead assigned inside and outside sales reps Drive sales growth, market penetration, and new distribution opportunities across the territory Support inventory, line additions, promotions, and ACDelco programs to grow account performance Partner with internal teams, customers, and the Wholesale Market Area Manager to improve execution and engagement Provide timely market feedback, reporting, training, and administrative support Maintain strong customer relationships while supporting policy compliance, product knowledge, and warranty/core activities Supporting Direct Accounts in growing automotive aftermarket sales Assisting with proper stocking levels and inventory optimization Conducting inventory and financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement Performing market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and improve market penetration Identifying and developing new distribution opportunities Supporting strategy development to help accounts grow share and profitability Coaching and training Direct Account sales representatives to help them secure additional business Implementing and supporting marketing initiatives, customer retention efforts, and product displays Requirements: Bachelor Degree or relevant experience 3+ years automotive aftermarket experience preferred Outside Sales experience Ability to prioritize and deploy resources to maximize opportunities Strong customer relationship and selling skills High level of interpersonal and strong communications skills Business insight and ability to identify new business opportunities Ability to communicate product line features and benefits Problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Ability to develop and execute action plans Entrepreneurial attitude Knowledge of GM parts systems Knowledge of computer software, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Benefits: medical dental vision Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts retirement savings plan sickness and accident benefits life insurance paid vacation & holidays tuition assistance programs employee assistance program GM vehicle discounts
