Quality Assurance Analyst, ETL Tester

Job Description: Design, automate, and execute test strategies ensuring accuracy and reliability of healthcare data Review Change Requests (CRs) and participate in requirement analysis for new EDW extracts and transformations. Perform backend testing to compare data from source systems to target Medicaid EDW tables. Write and execute complex SQL queries (multi-table joins, aggregations, validations). Design and maintain ETL test plans, scenarios, and test cases. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. 5+ years of experience testing backend systems, databases, EDW, or ETL pipelines. 4+ years of strong SQL experience with at least one RDBMS (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). 4+ years of experience with UI, smoke, end-to-end, and integration testing. 4+ years of troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving experience. 4+ years of test design experience using a test management tool.
