This role will support senior leadership by delivering financial insights, performance reporting, and data-driven analysis to guide strategic decision-making across the firm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, building financial reports, and presenting insights through dashboards and presentations.Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required4-5 years of Financial Analyst or FP&A experienceLegal/Law firm background experience neededStrong Financial Analysis & Reporting experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, financial models, large datasets)Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysisExperience with Power BI dashboards and reporting toolsKnowledge of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)Familiarity with Elite 3E or Legal Law firm Softwares.Experience with financial analytics, trend analysis, and scenario modelingStrong PowerPoint presentation and reporting skillsAbility to analyze data from multiple sources and present actionable insightsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsIf you are interested or know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to reach out to me @skolumula@staffingtechnologies OR 9133580027
