This role is responsible for driving deeper editorial integrations, expanding distribution across web, social, and emerging AI surfaces, and delivering measurable revenue growth across our partner ecosystem.This leader will serve as the primary point of contact for Curacity's key publisher and platform partners, while also acting as the internal owner of partner-driven initiatives. They will translate partner opportunities into clear internal plans, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure successful delivery from concept through launch and optimization.Success in this role requires a balance of relationship leadership, operational rigor, and commercial accountability. This person will not only identify growth opportunities but will be directly responsible for bringing them to life and scaling them.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Relationship & Portfolio OwnershipOwn and grow relationships with key publisher and platform partners (e.g., Dotdash Meredith, Condé Nast, Hearst, Yahoo, MSN).Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for partner stakeholders across business, audience development, and ad operations teams.Lead quarterly business reviews, providing clear performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth plans.Position Curacity as both a high-value monetization partner and a trusted editorial collaborator.Strategic Growth & Distribution ExpansionOwn the full lifecycle of partner initiatives, from concept through launch, optimization, and scale.Translate partner opportunities into clear internal requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Drive execution across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Revenue teams, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.Act as the single point of accountability for partner-related initiatives internally, resolving blockers and driving decisions forward.Revenue Ownership & Performance ManagementOwn revenue growth and profitability across assigned partner portfolio.Set and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue and expansion targets.Monitor deal-level performance, margins, and content effectiveness to ensure strong unit economics.Partner with Revenue Intelligence and Analytics to translate performance data into actionable insights, optimizations, and upsell opportunities.Operational Excellence & ScalabilityBuild and standardize scalable frameworks for partner integrations, reporting, and execution.Develop repeatable playbooks for launching and managing editorial and distribution partnerships.Create and maintain partner dashboards and performance scorecards in collaboration with BI/Analytics.Continuously improve processes to support efficient growth across multiple partners and platforms.Cross-Functional LeadershipDrive alignment across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Communications to deliver on partner commitments.Advocate for partner needs internally while balancing company priorities and resources.Partner with Product to pilot and scale new features, formats, and capabilities that improve distribution outcomes.Ensure internal teams have clarity on priorities, timelines, and success metrics.Leadership & Industry PresenceRepresent Curacity externally at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences.Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term distribution strategy.Mentor and support junior team members involved in partner support and content execution.What We're Looking ForExperience7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, audience development, or distribution within digital media, publishing, or ad techProven track record of owning and scaling complex partnerships end-to-end, from deal structuring through execution and growthExperience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving execution across multiple teamsSkillsStrong relationship builder with executive presence and credibility in publisher and platform conversationsDemonstrated ability to translate editorial and product value into commercial outcomes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsHighly analytical, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable insightsExperience with analytics and workflow tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Airtable, Coda)MindsetOwnership-oriented, takes responsibility for outcomes, not just inputsComfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions without constant executive directionBalances strategic thinking with hands-on executionHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering resultsCollaborative but decisive, able to drive alignment and move work forward across teamsWhy Curacity?You'll join an award-winning, fast-growing team at the intersection of luxury travel and cutting-edge ad tech.
