The platform is built around speed, execution certainty, and disciplined credit.We operate with a lean, high-performance team where each individual has direct exposure to live transactions, borrowers, and capital partners.Position OverviewThis role sits at the center of the platform, working directly across originations, borrowers, and capital partners to manage the full loan lifecycle from closing through payoff.You will be responsible for ensuring transactions are executed with precision while maintaining control over an active and growing loan portfolio.This is not a passive servicing role. It requires ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, transaction-driven environment.Core ResponsibilitiesLoan Execution & ServicingOwn servicing of an active portfolio of commercial real estate loans from post-close through payoffServe as a primary point of contact for borrowers, managing communication with clarity and controlLead payoff processes, including drafting payoff letters and coordinating with counsel and counterpartiesDrive closing coordination, ensuring all borrower deliverables, third-party reports, and approvals are completed efficientlyMaintain accurate loan records, including payment tracking, distributions, and servicing updatesPortfolio Management & ComplianceMonitor real estate taxes, insurance coverage, and ongoing loan compliance across the portfolioTrack critical loan dates including maturities, extensions, reserve requirements, and key covenantsCoordinate documentation and ensure all agreements are properly executed and maintainedInvestor & Internal CoordinationSupport investor communications and reporting with accurate and timely informationCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders including attorneys, leverage providers, and third-party vendorsManage data requests and maintain organized, audit-ready loan filesCandidate Profile2-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, loan servicing, or related financial operationsStrong understanding of loan structures, closings, and servicing mechanicsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneouslyClear communicator comfortable interfacing with borrowers, attorneys, and capital partnersSelf-directed and accountable, with the ability to operate without constant oversightProficiency in Excel and loan servicing systems (The Mortgage Office or similar)CompensationCompetitive base salary with discretionary bonus, based on experience and performance.
