Role Overview: The ERP Analyst will provide day-to-day reporting and analytical support to the wholesale organization by extracting, organizing, and interpreting data from the company's ERP platform. This individual will build clear reports, dashboards, and summaries that help leadership assess business performance, identify issues, and make informed decisions.Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:Extract, compile, and analyze data from the ERP system to support wholesale business needsPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and cross-functional partnersReview data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across reporting filesIdentify trends, gaps, discrepancies, and performance insights within large datasetsTranslate raw data into clear, professional, easy-to-understand reporting materialsMaintain and update reporting tools, spreadsheets, and files to ensure reliable data accessRespond to ongoing business requests with timely and accurate analysisSupport reporting standardization and process improvement initiatives across wholesale operationsPartner with internal stakeholders to align reporting outputs with business prioritiesContribute to the smooth day-to-day execution of wholesale operational supportSupply Chain & Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:Prior experience working with ERP systems is requiredExperience with Stealth is strongly preferredAdvanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, formatting, and reporting toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insightsExceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reportingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teamsAbility to present findings clearly and professionally to stakeholdersProfessional demeanor and adaptability within a fast-paced environment
