RESPONSIBILITIESCreative Resource Planning & OperationsPartner with the CCO, ECDs, and CDs on creative casting and staffing assignments across all client accounts globally.Manage global creative staff scheduling across US and EU markets, assigning talent based on availability, expertise, and individual development goals.Oversee creative resource management across both regions; collaborate with the EU Creative Services Manager on cross-regional staffing and capacity planning.Proven experience managing and supporting large creative teams (50+) across multiple disciplinesBuild and maintain a robust roster of trusted creative freelance talent across all disciplines and regions.Manage creative freelance contracts and onboarding in partnership with the Talent & Ops team.Identify creative talent needs and coordinate with the Sr. Director of Talent & Operations on hiring requirements.Oversee and continuously evolve the global creative team skills matrix.Review and approve creative team time-off requests.Serve as the primary Float (resource management tool) admin for the global creative team; ensure data accuracy, drive process improvements, and train team members on platform usage.Financial Resource ManagementMonitor and report on global creative team billable vs. non-billable utilization; provide data and recommendations to support company-wide staffing decisions.Track creative freelance spend against CFO-set quarterly budgets across all regions; ensure spending stays within allocated budget and flag overages proactively.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Account Management, Production, and Business Development to ensure optimal creative staffing for client projects, pitches, and agency initiatives.Act as a key partner to senior creative leadership, anticipating resourcing needs before they become urgent.QUALIFICATIONS6-8+ years of experience in creative resource management, creative services, or production management within an agency or studio environment.Deep understanding of the creative process across design, motion, and content disciplines "” and an ability to match talent to the right work.Experience managing staffing across multiple regions or time zones preferred.Strong command of resource management platforms; Float experience a plus.Exceptional organizational skills and a high standard for data accuracy and process rigor.Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented "” you identify problems before others notice them.Comfortable navigating senior creative stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy.Proficient in GSuite; comfortable working across project management and operations tools.Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment.
