Investor Services AnalystAbout the OpportunityA leading global investment firm is seeking an Investor Services Analyst to support its interval fund platform within the wealth channel. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for an early-career professional with experience servicing interval funds and working with financial advisor clients. The firm offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment with exposure to alternative investment strategies, including private credit, real estate, and private equity, delivered through semi-liquid fund structures.Position OverviewThis role serves as a key point of contact for wealth clients invested in U.S. registered interval and tender offer funds. The Investor Services Analyst (Wealth / Interval Funds) will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality client experience while supporting operational workflows across the full investor lifecycle. Working cross-functionally, this individual will partner with internal teams across distribution, operations, and fund reporting to ensure timely and accurate servicing of client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary contact for financial advisors and wealth clients invested in interval fundsCoordinate investor onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and maintenanceManage client inquiries, RFIs, and due diligence requests in a timely mannerSupport investor servicing activities including cash flows, capital calls, and distributionsPartner with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely client reportingMaintain and validate client data across internal systemsAssist with client portal access, reporting delivery, and documentation updatesCommunicate fund-related updates and information to investorsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve processesParticipate in system enhancements and operational improvement initiativesQualifications3-5 years of relevant experience (flexible up to ~8 years) in investment management, client service, or fund operationsDirect experience working with interval funds or tender offer funds requiredStrong understanding of interval fund structures ('40 Act funds)Experience supporting wealth clients, RIAs, or financial advisorsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship management skillsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailProficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL or Python is a plusBachelor's degree requiredWhy This RoleDirect exposure to a fast-growing segment of the alternatives marketHighly collaborative and visible role with client interactionStrong compensation and long-term growth potentialOpportunity to deepen expertise in interval fund structures and investor servicingLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid)Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000+ base + bonus + full benefits
