The HR & Communications Coordinator (Bilingual: Mandarin/English) will support human resources operations, including employee relations, HR management, benefits administration, and the implementation of HR policies. The coordinator will engage in effective communication and collaboration across teams, assist with internal communications initiatives, manage bilingual documentation, and ensure culturally informed HR practices. The role is essential in bridging communication among diverse teams and fostering an inclusive workplace.QualificationsStrong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including onboarding, recruitment, and employee record-keepingProficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations, with a focus on creating a supportive workplace environmentKnowledge of and ability to implement and maintain HR Policies compliant with legal and organizational standardsFluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languagesExperience with cross-cultural communication and fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplaceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar HR or communication role is highly advantageousProficient in HR software and tools, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
