This is a player-coach role where you will lead the implementation strategy while staying close to complex, high-impact customer deployments.You will define how the platform is delivered, partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations, and build the systems, processes, and team needed to support rapid growth.What You'll DoOwn the Implementation FunctionBuild and scale the implementation team, including hiring, onboarding, and developmentDefine team structure, roles, and performance expectationsEstablish delivery standards and best practicesLead Strategic ImplementationsStay hands-on with complex or high-priority customer implementationsOversee end-to-end onboarding, including process mapping, system configuration, and integrationsEnsure successful and efficient go-lives for key accountsBuild Scalable ProcessesDesign and implement repeatable playbooks and workflowsImprove internal tooling, data visibility, and operational efficiencyDrive consistency across implementations as the company scalesAct as a Functional ExpertTranslate business and operational requirements for customersEnsure alignment between platform capabilities and client workflowsPartner Cross-FunctionallyWork closely with Product and Engineering to surface insights from implementationsInfluence product direction based on customer needs and delivery experienceDrive Performance and AccountabilityTrack delivery metrics and team performanceIdentify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed and qualityEnsure a high standard of customer experienceWhat They're Looking For6-10+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services within SaaS or fintechExperience leading and scaling an implementation or delivery teamStrong understanding of business process workflows, systems, and integrationsExperience working with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)Proven ability to manage complex customer implementations end-to-endStrong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsBackground in finance, accounting, or business systems is a plusBased in NYC and comfortable with an in-office environmentWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function at an early-stage company operating at the intersection of AI and business operations.
