This individual will oversee inventory and distribution operations across a multi-building hospital campus, ensuring critical medical supplies are ordered, stocked, and delivered accurately at all times. The supervisor will manage union staff in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, handle midnight supply deliveries, coordinate with vendors, and serve as a key point of contact for nursing units. This role is highly hands-on, requiring frequent rounding, strong communication skills, and the ability to flex between inventory and distribution leadership to support patient care operationsCompensation $32 to $38hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
