This role is highly cross-functional and deeply hands-on, with ownership across fulfillment, manufacturing, demand planning, logistics, customer experience operations, and margin management.You'll be the internal advocate for Veracity across all operational partners"”pushing for efficiency, cost savings, reliability, and continuous improvement"”while building systems and processes that can support our next phase of growth.What You'll DoEnd-to-End Operations & Fulfillment Across All ChannelsLead 3PL management, including partner performance, SLAs, accuracy, speed, cost, and scalability across all sales channels Manage shipping performance, using data to optimize costs and delivery timesEnsure inventory accuracy across warehouses and channels and manage inventory metrics and balancing across warehouses and sales channelsPartner with Marketing & Growth teams on go to market timelines for new launchesContract Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, packaging vendors and all other suppliersOwn production planning, POs, and lead-time management across all SKUsPartner closely with suppliers to achieve optimal cost existing SKUs and future product innovations, including leading RFQs and volume negotiations as business scales Demand Planning & Inventory ManagementLevel up demand planning for an omni-channel business Build data-driven forecasting inputs tied to sales actuals and growth plansOwn inventory planning for all products, packaging, etcPrepare the business operationally for retail within the next 6-12 monthsImprove and maintain systems across PO, inventory and COGS trackingCustomer Experience OperationsPartner closely with CX to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experienceMonitor operational drivers of CX performance including OOS issues, shipping delays, returns, and fulfillment errorsReview customer tickets and feedback to identify root causes and areas for operational improvementsMargin Ownership & Financial DisciplinePartner with the head of finance to identify system needs to support procurement, inventory management, shipments and corresponding financial documents.Operate with ownership mindset over COGS, unit economics, and margin impactReview P&L actuals regularly and partner cross-functionally to identify cost-saving opportunitiesSupport accurate month-end close and operational reporting and review P&L regularly identify cost-saving opportunitiesImplement scalable processes to support rapid growth and increasing complexityWhat We're Looking For5-7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within CPG, wellness, supplements, or e-commerceProven experience managing 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners with track record of negotiating and improving costsStrong understanding of demand planning and inventory management across channelsExperience supporting or scaling into Amazon and wholesale/retail channelsHighly organized, data-driven, and systems-orientedEntrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguityExperience with Shopify, inventory management systems, WMS, EDI, and related toolsWhat We OfferOpportunity to play a critical role in scaling a fast-growing, doctor-backed DTC brandHigh ownership and autonomy with direct impact on the businessA collaborative, ambitious team building the future of metabolic healthComplimentary and discounted Veracity productsSalary range: $110-$125K Equal Opportunity EmployerVeracity is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
