About the JobA global consultancy in the financial services industry is seeking a People Business Partner to join their Business Operations team. This role is a strategic role that works within both the Business Unit (Insurance) and the Business Operations function (People function). Reporting to the Global Head of Insurance and the Group Head of HR, this role is designed to deliver tailored people solutions that are both strategically aligned with Insurance and consistent with Group-wide HR practices. What you'll doPartner directly with senior leaders to help shape the business vision and align the people agenda with strategic priorities Use people data and cross-functional insight to shape and deliver strategy across the employee lifecycle, from attracting talent to developing and retaining high-performing teamsLead core annual people processes, including talent acquisition planning and budgeting, as well as job evaluation, compensation planning, and goal setting cyclesLead delivery of the Business Unit's people strategy across workforce planning, performance and reward, engagement, leadership development, capability building, and organizational designMobilize and support Recruitment and HR delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution, strong cross-functional collaboration, and effective team performance aligned with business goals What we're looking for:University degree in a relevant discipline6 - 10 years' experience in a consulting role, with more recent experience being in Human Capital Management, People Business, or relevant functionProven ability to work with senior leaders on people strategy and organizational design Strong experience in talent attraction, change management, and leadership development Must have prior experience in management consultingProven ability to maintain relationships across levels, think long-term, develop new strategies, and identify opportunities for business growth.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package401kFull medical coverage
