Client OverviewOur client is a luxury fashion brand. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team for the next 10 months. This role will be 5 days onsite in NYC.Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the employee experience from first contact through onboarding. This position partners closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and onboard individuals who align with organizational goals and values, ultimately contributing to long-term business success.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator Responsibilities:Leverage multiple channels including job boards, careers pages, social platforms, and industry networks to identify and engage prospective candidatesProactively build talent pipelines alongside managing active job postingsReview applications and conduct initial screenings to assess alignment with role requirementsLead introductory phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitabilityPartner with hiring managers and regional leaders to coordinate interviews efficientlyGather and consolidate interview feedback to support hiring decisionsAct as a consistent point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout the processSupport pre-employment processes including background checks, offer documentation, and onboarding logisticsMaintain accurate and organized candidate and employee recordsEnsure all recruitment data is up to date within internal systemsContribute to strengthening the employer brand through candidate interactions and online presenceAssist in rolling out referral programs and other talent attraction strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners when neededEnsure recruitment practices align with applicable laws and internal policiesTrack and report on hiring metrics and recruitment progressPromote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring effortsSupport health, safety, and workplace compliance initiatives, including documentation and reportingTalent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator Qualifications:Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in HR or talent acquisitionStrong communication and relationship-building skills across all levelsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyDetail-driven with a focus on accuracy and process excellenceProactive and solutions-oriented, with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate journeyWorking knowledge of employment legislation and workplace safety practices
