UK clients include AIrbus, Etihad Airways, S & P Global, Zalando, and more.YOUR ROLE We're looking for a bright Assistant Buyer, Integrated Investment to help manage day-to-day responsibilities of paid media campaign management. A naturally curious mind, resourcefulness, a love for numbers and a passion for advertising are a must.The Assistant Buyer supports the execution, maintenance, and reporting of media buys across traditional and digital channels. This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to build foundational experience in media planning and buying. You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently, while learning about pricing strategy, media performance, and client servicing.Please note this role requires a candidate with proximity to our NY office. We offer a hybrid work setting with employees working both onsite and from home. Assistants are in the office an average of 2-3 days a week for training, collaboration, and overall learning.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Campaign Execution & SupportAssist in the preparation of media authorizations and insertion orders to activate buysEnter campaign data and maintain accurate records across internal systems (e.g., OneStrata, Investment Trackers)Help manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring vendors receive specs and assets on timeMonitor campaign pacing and delivery, flagging any under- or over-delivery to the teamReporting & OptimizationCompile weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, pulling data from media partners, platforms, and internal dashboardsAnalyze delivery vs. planned metrics and assist in optimization recommendationsHelp create and update post-buy analyses for client presentationsFinancial & Administrative SupportTrack billing and work with finance teams to resolve discrepancies or reconcile vendor invoicesMaintain budget trackers and assist in updating actuals vs. planned spendOrganize documentation including contracts, screenshots, and proof of performanceVendor & Partner CollaborationCommunicate directly with vendors to confirm buys, gather reporting data, and resolve execution issuesAttend vendor meetings and take notes to assist the broader team in evaluating new opportunitiesInternal Collaboration & LearningAttend and note take during team meetings, client briefings, and status calls as appropriateParticipate in training sessions to deepen knowledge of media buying systems, analytics tools, and the media landscapeStay informed on media industry trends, competitive campaigns, and emerging platformsREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's in Advertising, Marketing or related fieldA very high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong attention to detail and highly organizedMust have a love for numbers and numerical aptitudeExcellent communication skillsEagerness to learn and adaptabilityA strong interest and knowledge of Media Buying and PlanningPrevious marketing, advertising or media agency experience are a plus.Please note this role requires a candidate with proximity to our NY office.
