This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role requiring the ability to operate at every level of an organization: securing buy-in from executive directors and ownership groups, equipping frontline care staff with the tools to succeed, and ensuring residents and their families feel confident and connected.You will be the face of Meela in the field, responsible for making every launch smooth, every stakeholder aligned, and every resident feel seen.
