This role partners directly with Front Office leadership to deliver technology capabilities that drive revenue growth, enhance client offering, and enable new product development.Operating at the intersection of trading, risk, and technology, the incumbent leads the evolution of low-latency, high-performance platforms supporting pricing, execution, and real-time risk. The role combines strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and strong business engagement to ensure platform resiliency, scalability, and competitive advantage in global markets.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Technology LeadershipPartner with Rates & Credit business heads to define and execute the technolgy strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth and market expansionInfluence investment decisions and prioritize the technology book of work across front-office platformsDrive innovation and modernization initiatives across trading systems and architectureFront Office Platform Ownership & ExcellenceOwn the end-to-end delivery of front-office trading platforms, including pricing, execution, and risk systemsEnsure platforms are robust, scalable, low-latency, and highly resilient in a real-time trading environmentLead integration and optimization of ION platforms and other vendorin-house systemsOversee market data, pricing engines, and trade lifecycle flows across Rates and Credit productsTechnical Leadership & ArchitectureDrive target-state architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while meeting front-office performance demandsPromote modern engineering practices (API-driven architecture, event-based systems, DevOps)Partner with Quant and Risk teams to enhance pricing models and analytics capabilitiesPlatform Resiliency & Risk ManagementEnsure strong operational stability, resiliency, and control frameworksLead incident, problem, and change management in a mission-critical trading environmentMaintain compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirementsGlobal Team Leadership & DeliveryLead, mentor, and scale a globally distributed technology organizationFoster a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementManage large-scale delivery programs across multiple applications and teamsWhat You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
