Our work covers product development, seasonal collection planning, editorial shoots, pop-ups, wholesale, and day-to-day brand operations.This is an unpaid internship position to start. We are looking for someone who can commit at least 3 days per week. There is potential for this role to grow into a part-time position, and eventually a full-time opportunity, depending on performance and company needs.Responsibilities may include:Assist with design research, mood boards, and seasonal concept developmentSupport fabric, trim, color, and silhouette researchHelp organize samples, tech packs, line sheets, and product informationAssist with fittings, sample reviews, and production follow-upsSupport photoshoots, lookbook preparation, and visual projects when neededHelp with day-to-day creative and product development tasksRequirements:Background or strong interest in fashion designBasic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and product developmentProficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAble to work in person in New YorkMust be able to commit at least 3 days per weekMandarin Chinese speaking is a plusThis is a good opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience inside a growing fashion brand and be involved in both the creative and operational sides of the business.
