Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide the following internal support to our financial and non-financial staff. Provide in-person office support to our New York office Manage a high volume of meeting requests and last-minute calendar changes, including the coordination of candidate interviews when needed Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements Coordinate in-person meetings, including notifying security, setting up audio/visual equipment, greeting guests, and ordering catering service Plan team and client meetings and events Prepare and process timely expense reports on a monthly basis using the Concur expense system Serve as a point of contact for office related vendors, such as cleaning contractors, maintenance requests and repairs, office supply vendors, etc. Order office supplies, business cards, building access cards, and facilitate the maintenance of office equipment Provide back-up coverage to other Assistants and reception coverage as needed Qualifications Ducera Partners seeks to hire highly motivated, team-oriented, and intelligent individuals. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following: Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years of prior experience in an operational or support focused role Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and expense and travel booking systems (Concur preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Self-starter who is resourceful and organized Expected annual base salary range: $75,000 - 100,000 The annual base salary range reflects the low and high targets of the estimated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary an employee in this role receives may vary depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: work location, job-related knowledge, and prior experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components.
