The contingent worker selected MUST HAVE A CAR to commute to Melville, NY (Long Island), and live close to public transportation (subway) to commute to New York City sites.Preferred residence areas Queens and Bronx.Work location 2 PENN PLAZA, New York, NY 10121 Employees may be re-assigned to another site in the morning or in the middle of the day. Employees in this position normally spend 90% of their time in NYC, where all sites are accessible by public transportation, and 10% in Melville, NY (Long Island). That site is not accessible by public transportation.Shift hours may vary depending on location: 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm. Overtime may be required. Work week - Mon - Fri. Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC and 2-3 sites around Melville NY.Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services.• Mailroom operations• Print production (printing, assembling, binding)• Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams)• Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls• Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications• Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person• Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas• Conference room set up/take down
