Receptionist / Front Office Manager/Admin (Maternity Leave Coverage)- JUNE OR EARLY JULY START DATE TO COVER A MATERNITY LEAVE!Location: Fully onsite - 5 days/weekSchedule: 40 hours/weekStart Date: Late June / Early July (overlap expected)Duration: Minimum 3-4 months (with potential to extend)About the RoleA global fashion/apparel company is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Front Office Manager to support maternity leave coverage. This individual will serve as the face of the office, ensuring a seamless and welcoming front desk experience while also providing administrative support to leadership.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and maintaining a professional office presenceAnswer and direct incoming calls, manage inquiries, and handle day-to-day reception dutiesCoordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office logisticsMaintain office organization including kitchen, common areas, and suppliesAssist with ordering meals, catering, and internal event coordinationProvide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and leadership teamAssist with travel coordination, expense reporting, and general office supportHelp ensure smooth daily office operations and a high-quality employee and guest experienceQualificationsPrior receptionist or front desk experience requiredHighly polished, professional, and client-facing demeanorStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting executives or working in a corporate office settingExcellent communication skills and attention to detailExperience in fashion/apparel is a plus, but not required
