For more information, please visit CIFC's website at The CIFC Administration group reports to the Head Administration Officer and is responsible for providing superior support. The group works together as a team, covering and backing up one another to ensure smooth coverage of all the firms' needs.Responsibilities:Greet guests and direct them to appropriate conference roomsContact CIFC host when guests arriveAnswer incoming callsAssist in preparation of marketing materials for meetings (binding books)Efficiently maintain conference room calendarProvide and facilitate catering for meetings, investor luncheons, etc.Liaise with building regarding issues or needs, communicating directly with building maintenance or support personnelRegister guests with building securityServe beverages to guestsObtain ID cards for new employees and replacements as neededOrder business cards for employeesSort and distribute mail and packagesMail and FedEx (i.e. postage, airbills, Certified Mail, etc.)Maintain and tidy copy rooms and pantriesOrders office supplies and pantry itemsStock copy rooms and pantriesAssist other admins with special projects as neededCommunicate with vendors when equipment repairs are neededAssist in coordinating firmwide eventsQualifications:Education: Bachelors DegreeFinancial Services experience a plusOrganized and has the natural ability to multi-task and balance prioritiesUpbeat disposition, eager to assist employees / clientsExcellent communicator; both written and verbalHigh attention to detail, and dedication to follow tasks through to completionProfessional presentation, ability to interface with senior executivesStrong problem-solving skills and work ethicSelf-starter, ability to take control and manage tasks appropriatelyKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
