This individual will also play a key role in supporting internal events and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a strong and connected company culture.This role is based in Midtown New York and requires in-office presence five days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & FacilitiesOversee daily operations of the corporate office, ensuring a clean, organized, and high-standard environmentManage reception and front-of-house experience, including mail, deliveries, and visitor coordinationServe as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs, including conference room coordination and general supportPartner with building management and vendors to oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility servicesManage office supplies, equipment, and purchasing in alignment with company policies and budgetsCoordinate office layout, seating arrangements, and internal movesEnsure all shared spaces and resources are maintained to a consistently high standardVendor Management & ProcurementSource, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors (catering, office services, facilities support)Obtain and compare quotes, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutionsTrack invoices and manage vendor-related budgets and approvalsEmployee Experience & EngagementSupport the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and office initiativesCoordinate logistics for in-office activations, including vendor sourcing and on-site executionPartner with HR and cross-functional teams to support employee engagement effortsContribute to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and elevated office cultureAdministrative & Operational SupportCoordinate interview scheduling and onboarding logistics for corporate employeesAct as liaison for shipping, courier services, and general office coordinationSupport cross-functional projects and office-related initiatives as neededParticipate in special projects, including events that may occur outside of regular business hoursQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or similar roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive and solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing vendors and budgetsAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a polished, professional environmentWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to be part of a brand that values excellence, creativity, and a strong sense of community.
