Confidential Opportunity: Executive Assistant - Marketing TeamA well-established private equity investment firm with a collaborative, high-performance culture is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Marketing TeamPosition OverviewThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a Managing Director, Principal, and Vice President, serving as a critical partner in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and flawless execution across internal and external initiatives.Location & ScheduleOffice: Midtown East, NYCHybrid: 3 days in-office (flexibility required; up to 4 days as needed)Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (with flexibility as business demands)CompensationBase Salary: $90,000 - $100,000Bonus: DiscretionaryOvertime: Not eligibleKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior team leadershipManage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationScreen and route calls, emails, and correspondence with discretionInterface regularly with prospects and investors, including meeting coordination and inquiry handlingTrack deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently metProactively manage team logistics to ensure meeting preparednessCoordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itinerariesPrepare and update presentations using PowerPointMaintain and update internal databases and CRM systemsManage high-volume expenses using ConcurUtilize Salesforce for tracking and reportingCoordinate client-facing events, including the Annual Investor ConferenceCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teamsQualifications & Experience5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment (Financial Services strongly preferred)Bachelor's degree preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointHands-on experience with Concur and SalesforceExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to operate calmly and effectively under pressure and last-minute changesStrong judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentialityPolished, professional demeanor with excellent communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate needsSelf-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
