This is a key hire for our team. We're looking for someone who can create a positive and inviting atmosphere while making sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys supporting senior leaders as well as cross-functional teams. The ability to juggle front desk responsibilities alongside office operations, coordination, and administrative support is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk SupportServe as the face of Dynasty, providing a professional and welcoming experience for investors, partners, and guestsManage reception coverage and Dynasty's main phone lineCoordinate seamless visitor arrivals and departures, including escorting guests and managing building accessOffice ManagementOversee all day-to-day office operations to ensure a high-functioning, polished environmentManage conference room scheduling and workspace coordinationPartner with vendors and building management for maintenance, services, and repairsEnsure office systems and equipment (AV, printers, etc.) are fully operational, coordinating with IT as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office, including pantry managementCoordinate deliveries, packages, and service providersSupport CFO with onboarding and offboarding logistics for employeesAssist with printing, binding, and shipping materialsAdministrative SupportProvide support to CFO and Investment ProfessionalsManage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationBook travel and assist with expense reportingHandle phone screening and general administrative tasksAssist with ad hoc requests and errands as neededEvents & HospitalityPlan and coordinate Dynasty events and internal meetingsManage invitations, vendors, and logistics for eventsOrganize catering, and other hospitality needsQualifications3+ years of experience as receptionist, office manager, administrative assistant, or similar support rolePrior experience supporting a corporate office environment preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CanvaAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionSelf-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and team-orientedDynasty Equity is an Equal Opportunity EmployerDynasty Equity is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
