Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Forge strong, trusted partnerships with senior client leaders by providing tailored solutions that respond to their evolving needs. Position our company as a strategic partner, influencing long-term strategies and ensuring ongoing business opportunities. Sales Growth and Account Expansion: Drive sales growth by diversifying the range of services offered to your accounts. Recognize and develop new opportunities that resonate with client objectives. Technology-Driven Solutions: Lead client reinvention initiatives by introducing and implementing innovative technologies that modernize operations and enhance customer experience. Collaborate across the organization to ensure solutions promote continuous innovation and high performance. Complex Program Management: Oversee large-scale, multi-year programs, ensuring that all deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining a focus on innovation. Manage cross-functional teams, mitigation of risks, and alignment with strategic goals. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire and guide teams to successfully execute effective strategies. Work alongside multi-location teams to promote high performance and ensure profitable service delivery. Innovation & Business Development: Continuously pursue opportunities to expand service offerings, influence client strategy, and drive business growth. Utilize your expertise to propose forward-thinking solutions and establish the firm as an industry leader. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance. At least 4 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with RTR, PTP, and OTC finance BPO operations. Experience in the BPO/Professional Services industry. Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams and complex programs across business and technology. Demonstrated success in developing new business, nurturing senior client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in Finance.
