Job Description Manage and ensure timely and accurate preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns. Review ASC740 Tax Provision. Oversee tax planning processes to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to address complex tax matters. Monitor legislative developments and communicate potential tax implications to stakeholders. Lead tax audits and correspondence with tax authorities, ensuring proper documentation and resolution. Develop and implement tax strategies to support business objectives and financial goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related activities. Provide training and support to team members on tax-related processes and updates. The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Tax Manager/VP should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven expertise in ASC740 tax provision, corporate tax compliance and planning Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing tax audits and working with tax authorities.
