Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team and play a critical role in our dairy production process. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests and analysis to ensure the quality and safety of our products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, food safety and quality assurance practices. Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping in a legible manner. Gather, prepare, and analyze in process, incoming and finished products for analytical and microbiological components as required. Gather and analyze environmental samples such as sponges, air, and water. Submit samples to customers and outside testing labs as required. Prepare agar and reagents for lab testing. Evaluate keeping quality samples. Generate COA's based on lab results. Perform plant wide quality audits & inspections to ensure all employees are complying with good manufacturing, safety, food safety and quality assurance practices.
