This is a hands-on, plant-level HR role supporting both employees and leadership onsite, with a major focus on end-to-end recruiting as the team continues to expand headcount.If you enjoy being embedded in operations, partnering closely with leadership, and playing a key role in building and supporting teams, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.What You'll Do:Serve as the primary HR point of contact for onsite managers and employeesLead full-cycle recruiting efforts to support site growthPartner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business goalsDrive employee engagement, performance management, and talent developmentHandle employee relations matters including coaching, investigations, and conflict resolutionSupport onboarding, training compliance, and employee recognition programsAdminister HR programs including compensation, benefits, leaves, and performance processesEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policiesWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of HR Generalist experience (manufacturing environment preferred)Strong experience in employee relations and workplace investigationsProven background in full-cycle recruitingAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a plant settingExperience partnering with leadership and coaching frontline managersFamiliarity with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsIf you're looking for a role where you can directly impact a growing site, support leadership, and help build out a team, let's connect.??
