Job DescriptionFlexStaff is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) speaking Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator to join our client's team. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity. We are looking for a true team player who can bridge the gap between production and sales, ensuring our client's logistics are cost-effective and their customers are well supported.Salary: 65,000k -70,000kLocation: NJ Based (with flexibility to work in Bronx, NY during the transition period) Type: Full-time, On-siteKey ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Cost Optimization: Ensure "On Time In Full" (OTIF) shipments. Constantly bid out deliveries to secure competitive rates, with a heavy focus on frozen shipments.Inventory Management: Monitor customer portals daily to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.Sales Ops & AR Support: Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and performance deduction reconciliation by matching BOLs with invoices. Conduct collections for overdue accounts.Operational Transition: Support the migration of inventory to our new NJ facility starting in May.Team Collaboration: Communicate daily with the Plant Manager and Production/Warehouse teams to sync schedules and develop "Plan B" options for any production delays.Qualifications:3+ years in Logistics or Sales Ops (Food & Beverage experience preferred).Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment.Strong analytical skills for freight bidding and financial reconciliation.Excellent interpersonal skills and a "team-first" mentality.Ability to commute between NJ and Bronx during the transition (until late Q3).Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
