Job Description Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to identify necessary resources. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop accurate budgets and timelines. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques. Provide detailed reports and documentation to support project bids and proposals. Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives to optimize project budgets. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
