Responsibilities include supporting discovery/development programs, developing robust assays, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with CROs, and ensuring GLP/GCP compliance.Requirements:PhD with 8+ years OR MS/BS with 15+ years of relevant experienceExperience with immunoassays, LCMS, and cell culture-based assaysStrong knowledge of GLP/GCP and regulatory guidelinesExperience with DOE, lab automation, and assay troubleshootingExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
