Scientist II - Bioanalytical Development

We are looking for a Scientist II - Bioanalytical Development to support bioanalytical method development, validation, and assay transfer activities for discovery and development programs.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, validate, and troubleshoot bioanalytical assays under GLP/GCP environments• Support immunoassays, LC-MS/LCMS methods, and cell-based assays• Perform assay qualification, validation, and data interpretation• Transfer assays to CROs and provide technical troubleshooting support• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to support drug discovery and development programs• Drive innovation and process improvements within bioanalytical operations• Support regulated bioanalysis and ensure data quality/compliance standardsQualifications:• PhD with relevant industry experience OR MS/BS with strong bioanalytical experience• Experience with bioanalytical assay development and validation• Hands-on experience with immunoassays, LCMS, ELISA, MSD, or cell culture assays• Knowledge of GLP/GCP guidelines and regulated bioanalysis• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills
