We're looking for someone deeply embedded in the brand"”a true owner who understands Woxer's voice, audience, and positioning, and makes decisions with that lens every day.You will be responsible for building, shaping, and scaling our organic social strategy, while also being the person who brings it to life on camera and behind the scenes.The ideal candidate is someone who is fully committed to one brand, lives and breathes social media, and is excited to become a recognizable face and voice of WoxerWhat You'll Do:Own Organic Social StrategyDefine and evolve Woxer's social media strategy across Instagram and TikTokDevelop content pillars, storytelling angles, and creative directionIdentify opportunities for growth, engagement, and brand positioningCreate & Execute ContentConcept, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels & TikToks)Act as on-camera talent when relevant, representing the brand authenticallyEnsure content feels native, engaging, and aligned with current trendsDrive Growth & PerformanceOwn key social metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions)Analyze performance and continuously optimize content strategyTest new formats, hooks, and storytelling approachesLead Creative Direction & CollaborationsIdentify and source creators for collaborations and campaignsDecide when to feature external creators vs. in-house contentStay ahead of cultural and platform trends, translating them into brand-relevant contentPartner Cross-FunctionallyCollaborate with the Social Media Director and broader marketing teamAlign content with product launches, campaigns, and brand initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Ownership mindset: You think like a brand builder, not a task executorDeep social expertise: Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystemsOn-camera confidence: Comfortable being the face and voice of the brandCreative + strategic balance: You can both ideate and execute at a high levelContent creation skills: Filming and editing using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similarTrend fluency: You're early to trends and know how to adapt them authenticallyFull commitment: Excited to go all-in on one brand (not freelancing across multiple clients)Self-starter mentality: Able to operate independently and make decisionsBonus If You:Have worked with fashion, lifestyle, or body-positive brandsAlready wear and love WoxerHave photography or design skills
