Created/Revised Date: 3/10/2026 Anticipated Closing Date: 5/10/2026 Job Title: Processing Associate Location: New Castle, DE Shift: Weekends Friday-Monday Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: 7:00am-5:30pm Job Summary: This role assists the processing team by helping move inventory through the facility, ensuring items are properly stored, picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Key Responsibilities Assist processors with receiving and organizing incoming inventory Help move inventory to designated storage locations within the warehouse Pick items from storage locations and stage them for packing and shipment Support packing and shipping operations following established procedures Organize picking tickets to help ensure orders ship on time Conduct inventory checks and help ensure items are stored in the correct locations Assist with quality control checks as inventory moves through the process Safely operate warehouse equipment to move materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support inventory movement into designated storage or staging areas Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable using basic computer systems such as Microsoft Office or Google applications Interest or familiarity with collectibles, sports, entertainment, or pop culture is a plus Physical Requirements Standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse for extended periods Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching Regular lifting and carrying of items up to 25 lbs Occasional lifting of 50 lbs or more with assistance or proper equipment Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
