As a proud provider within New Jersey's Children's System of Care (CSOC), we support youth and families through evidence-based, in-home counseling services that promote healing and growth.Position Overview:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapists to provide in-home therapeutic services to youth (ages 5-21) and their families. The ideal candidate will be patient, culturally responsive, clinically skilled, and passionate about helping children and families navigate behavioral health challenges. Bilingual clinicians and those with specialized expertise are strongly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outreach to families referred through PerformCareProvide in-home therapy using trauma-informed and strength-based approachesDeliver age-appropriate, evidence-based interventions to youth and familiesComplete treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely mannerMaintain open communication with care managers and child-family teams (CFTs)Collaborate with school staff, behavioral assistants, mentors, psychiatrists, and other community stakeholdersParticipate in supervision, treatment team meetings, and ongoing professional developmentSupport families in crisis and provide intervention when necessaryTeach strategies to manage maladaptive and high-risk behaviorsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and agency proceduresRequired Qualifications:Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fieldActive NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSWSupervision is available for provisionally licensed cliniciansMinimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and familiesValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong documentation and computer literacy skillsAuthorized to work in the United StatesAbility to pass background check, driving record review, and reference checksPreferred Qualifications:Spanish or other language proficiencyExperience with youth navigating Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), Autism Spectrum Disorders, Substance Use and/or TraumaSkilled in delivering trauma-related or culturally responsive therapySpecialized Experience (a plus):Trauma-related therapy or racial traumaSupporting youth from diverse ethnic and cultural backgroundsSexualized behavior treatmentParenting skills training and family supportPosition Type:Per Diem (W2) - flexible caseload based on referralsHybrid documentation; in-home service deliveryCompensation:$65-$85/hour
