Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) 3 4 Shifts/WeekWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join our hospital anesthesia team. This part-time to full-time role offers 3 4 shifts per week in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.Responsibilities:Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients.Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery.Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support as needed.Skills & Qualifications:Current CRNA certification and licensure in NJ.Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and monitoring.Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hospital or surgical experience preferred.We Offer:Flexible scheduling (3 4 shifts/week).$225.00 per hour Supportive team environment committed to patient safety and quality care.
