Assistant Manager Restaurant

Job Description Job Description This position works from 3-10 4-5 days a week on an average of 30+ hours a week. You will be required to work on weekends also.Job Summary: Manages all functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability when the General Manager is out of the store. Responsible for the successful execution of a fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.Perform all duties of in-shoppers and drivers; manages a staff of 3-4 employees; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; provides on-the-job training for new employees; must be able to read, write and communicate in English; Must be at least 18 yrs of age , have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and a clean driving record; willing to work overtime and holidays; ability to handle stress and high-volume operations. This position requires JJ's certification which we will pay for . You have to work 5 shifts a week. Will explain the process when interviewed.
