A specialty pharmacy is seeking four Per Diem Pharmacists to support multiple sites on May 14th and 15th. This is a great opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a dynamic retail and long-term care setting across several communities. Locations and Dates: Walker, MN: May 14th & 15th Sandstone, MN: May 14th & 15th Warroad, MN: May 14th & 15th Wells, MN: May 14th & 15th Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM during assignment days. Responsibilities: Perform standard long-term care and retail pharmacist duties Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications Provide immunizations and patient counseling Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy Qualifications/Desired Experience: PharmD degree preferred Immunization certification required CPR certification highly desired Experience in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills This per diem position offers flexibility and a chance to work across multiple sites while positively impacting patient care.
