The right candidate for this position will be reliable, customer focused and have a great work ethic. We serve our customers during stressful points in their lives, so it is imperative that the candidate demonstrates a high level of professionalism with attention to detail. Demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or moldAbility to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner.Ensure that the project is completed in the established timeframe and meets the customer's satisfactionAbility to work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipmentComfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics - construction, labor, demolitionAble to follow directions given by Crew ChiefsFollow all established procedures and safety guidelinesHave a valid driver's licenseMust be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays (flexible rotating schedule)High level of listening skills and positive attitudeAbility to communicate accurately and conciselyBackground in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not requiredMust be punctual and reliableWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
