Job Title 4th/5th Gen Pilot SME Location Nellis AFB - Nellis AFB-Las Vegas, NV 89191 US (Primary) Position Summary and Job Responsibilities Position Summary You will serve as a +4th /5th Gen Pilot SME within the Joint Simulated Environment, Nellis, AFB, NV. Position requires flexibility as duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements. Job Responsibilities Responsible for flying modern air dominance tactics as both an adversary in VATs and a fighter pilot in the F-22 / F-35 FIAB in support of various operational, test, and training units. Employee the F-22 and F-35 simulator at a four-ship flight lead level. Simulate adversary tactics, various threat levels, and various threat aircraft in a flight simulator Operate various simulator programs, including the Operating System console and debriefing programs Provide SME knowledge/academics on current TTPs concerning Air Dominance on DCA, OCA, SEAD missions Develop and execute realistic scenarios for training events. Mission plan, brief, lead, debrief as required. Required and/or Preferred Qualifications Required qualifications: Must have a minimum of 500 hours in a fighter aircraft (F-16 C, F-15 C/E/X, F/A-18 E/F, F-22, F-35) Previously qualified as an instructor pilot in fighter aircraft. Work Environment: Position is not eligible for remote work; on-site support is required. Must be capable of working morning and evening shifts to accommodate flexible schedule training operations. Clearance: DoD Top Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Over 1000 hours in a fighter aircraft (F-16 C/E, F-15 C/E/X, F/A-18 E/F, F-22, F-35 or comparable aircraft) USAF Fighter Weapons Instructor Course graduate, Marine Corps Aviation Weapons and Tactics graduate or Navy Top Gun graduate Adversary or Aggressor course graduate Experience in Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) Other Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university BGI is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
