Our client, a leading Consumer Goods Manufacturing Company is looking for Videographer and This is for an initial duration of 02-03 Months Contract - Neenah, WIJob Title: Videographer Job Id: 26-00974 Location: Neenah, WI Duration: 02-03 Months Contract Position Type: Hourly Contract Position (W2 only) 2-3 Months Part Time - 2 Days/Week Onsite The contract will be short term, March through May - Estimated to be at 20 hours per week but could fluctuate a bit. Local candidates only: The candidate should be prepared to be onsite a minimum 2 days per week but could be up to 5 days per week dependent on the work of the business unit. Role The Contract Video Editor & Videographer will support the Benefit Visualization (BV) Studio by working alongside researchers to edit, capture, and deliver clear, accurate studio-based video content. This role focuses on editing, hands-on filming, and basic demo setup support, under the direction of the BV Studio lead and project researchers. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Post-Production (main accountability) Edit studio footage into clean, concise clips that highlight key product benefits and research outcomes. Perform basic post-production steps such as trimming, simple color and audio adjustments, and adding titles or callouts within established templates. Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand and technical accuracy guidance provided by the BV Studio team. Export and organize final files according to BV Studio naming and folder structures. Studio Videography & Capture Capture high-quality video content in the BV studio, including benefit demos and technical product shots. Operate studio cameras, basic lighting, and audio capture to ensure clear, usable footage. Follow established studio setups, shot lists, and framing guidance provided by the BV Studio lead or researchers. Support simple demo setup and tear-down (e.g., positioning products, props, and backdrops as directed). Collaboration with Researchers & Studio Team Work closely with scientists, researchers, and BV Studio staff to understand experiment objectives and visual needs. Take direction during filming sessions to adjust angles, timing, and coverage to accurately reflect product performance. Communicate progress, issues, and timing clearly so researchers know when footage and edits will be available. Maintain a professional, respectful presence in research environments, especially when studies involve human subjects. Required Skills & Qualifications MUST 2+ years experience in video editing (studio, commercial, or research setting). WANT experience in videography (studio, commercial, or research setting). MUST Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar NLE) for basic editing, sound leveling, and adding simple on-screen text. Strong attention to detail, composition, and continuity, with the ability to follow specific visual and technical directions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including openness to feedback and refinement.
