Position Description Summary The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the management and staff on a construction project. Duties include onboarding new employees, entering payroll time, and running reports. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding and orientation process for new employees as directed. Enter payroll time for field employees; reconcile job labor to client specific labor tracking software. Administer site specific drug testing requirements. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences. Ensure job site environment is organized and bulletin boards are updated with safety and compliance information. Process termination notices. Track safety and quality SPOTS, site safety audits and THAs, and run reports for managers. Other duties as assigned Position Requirements Experience, Education & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Working ConditionsConstruction Office Environment - extensive sitting at desk and computer; some standing, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching required; ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.
