Facilities Maintenance Technician

One of our best clients is looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician their facilities here in the Nashville area. The Facilities Maintenance Technician processes work orders for repairs, improvements, upkeep and preventative maintenance for a large commercial property with numerous HVAC units and an aquatics/pool area. They will ensure the upkeep and repair of grounds and buildings is completed in a timely and efficient manner.Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with some weekend work when neededThis position offers:• An excellent base salary in the $65-80K range depending upon skills, credentials and years of relevant experience. • A robust benefits package with medical, dental and vision insurance as well as 401K and PTO• Work/life balance
